Terms of service

Welcome to Whisper Cake Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Placement
   All orders must be placed in advance. We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days prior to your desired pickup or delivery date to ensure availability.

2. Payment
   A 50% deposit is required for custom cake orders at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

3. Pickup and Delivery

   • Pickup is available at our Palatine, IL location.

   • Local delivery is offered for an additional fee. Delivery availability is based on location and schedule.

   • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the agreed time.

4. Cancellations & Changes

   • Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date may be eligible for a partial refund.

   • No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup/delivery.

   • Changes to orders must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Allergens
   Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies.

6. Liability
   Once an order leaves our premises or is delivered, Whisper Cake Studio is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or transport by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property
   All images, designs, and content on our website and social media are the property of Whisper Cake Studio and may not be used without permission.
