Refund policy

At Whisper Cake Studio, we take pride in creating high-quality, freshly made cakes. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.

Order Issues

  • If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • To resolve the issue, we may require photos of the product and proof of purchase.

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable, as preparation work will have begun.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been completed.

Custom Orders

  • All custom cake orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
